Ryan is a native of Indiana, former resident of Colorado, a woodworker, former machine trades teacher, and a current Automotive Technician teacher at North Point High School in Waldorf, MD and has been running tournaments in Maryland since 2011. He is a graduate of Ball State University and Wilmington University. He is married to his beautiful wife and has two daughters. 

Don Ewing is a graduate of Aberdeen High School, the owner of Ewing Septic in Havre de Grace, MD and President of the Aberdeen Parks & Recreation. He ran Aberdeen Junior Wrestling for numerous years and has been running tournaments since 2007.

Cyrill Parham is a former collegiate wrestler and native of Port Deposit, Md. Parham currently works for the Harford County State’s Attorney’s Office after spending 10 years working in intercollegiate athletics in athletic communications at Salisbury University, Wesley College and Thiel College.
