Tournaments that are over 60 miles will be charged at the standard IRS mileage rate per mile round trip, or if it is multi-day you have the choice of securing a hotel for one or two nights or we can secure the hotel and add it to the invoice. Tournaments also agree to provide food and drink for our staff during the tournaments.

To secure our services, a 50% deposit will be required thirty (30) days before a tournament. The balance will be due upon completion of the tournament, if not paid on the day of the event, a 10% late fee will apply. After fifteen (15) days, a 15% penalty will be added.
